Dear fun folks at Zappos,

While we were disappointed we didn’t make the final round, we came out of this process a better company.  Thank you for that.  We found our voice in the RFP, we made great connections internally, and of course, we got the chance to meet you.  Zappos has a truly unique culture and we want to wish you and your new ad agency tremendous success.
